This Privacy Policy explains how Solve The Network (“we”, “us”) collects, uses, and protects information through BizzAI (bizz.ai.in), a digital business card platform. By using BizzAI, you agree to the practices described here.

Information we collect

We collect the following categories of information:

• Account information — your email address, full name, and password (stored hashed, never in plain text).
• Card content — anything you add to your digital business card: profile photo, company logo, job title, company, phone, WhatsApp, email, website, address, social links, and product images.
• Payment information — when you upgrade to Pro, payment is processed entirely by Razorpay. We never see or store your card number, CVV, or full payment details — only the payment/order IDs Razorpay gives us to confirm your subscription.
• Visitor data — when someone views your public card or submits a “Request a call back” form, we record the submitted name/phone/email/message and a count of card views. We do not track visitor identity beyond what they voluntarily submit.

How we use your information

• To create and operate your digital business card and dashboard.
• To process Pro plan payments via Razorpay and maintain your subscription status.
• To deliver contact-back requests and view statistics to you as the card owner.
• To respond to support requests sent to support@solvethenetwork.com.
• To maintain basic site usage analytics (see Analytics below).

Analytics

We use Google Analytics to understand overall site usage (pages visited, general traffic patterns). This is separate from the per-card view counts shown in your dashboard, which are first-party and not shared with Google.

Cookies

BizzAI uses a session cookie to keep you signed in and a CSRF-protection cookie for security. We do not use third-party advertising or tracking cookies.

Data retention

We retain your account and card data for as long as your account is active. If you'd like your account and associated data deleted, email support@solvethenetwork.com and we'll process the request.

Your rights

You can access, correct, or delete most of your card information directly from your dashboard at any time. For anything else — including a full account deletion request — contact support@solvethenetwork.com.

Data security

We use industry-standard measures (encrypted connections, hashed passwords, access controls) to protect your information, but no method of transmission or storage is 100% secure, and we can't guarantee absolute security.

Children

BizzAI is not directed at children under 18 and we do not knowingly collect their information.

Changes to this policy

We may update this policy from time to time. Material changes will be reflected by updating the “Last updated” date above.
